During this inspection a total of 1 violations was cited.

The inspector noted in the report:

This is a regular inspection. Owner and another employee were uncooperative and did not allow inspector to view certain areas of the facility such as sanitizer/chemicals, ware-washing area, employee restroom, or tools to clean taps for kombucha. Due to the situation, the inspector left before completing the full inspection. As noted this facility is out of compliance, and a follow-up inspection will need to be completed.

The department will be issuing a warning letter which must be responded to in writing within 10 days of receipt with corrective action taken.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • The Person in Charge does not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection and due to denying partial access of the facility to the inspector.
