Officers in Williamsport, PA said they arrested two men after encountering them in a vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Andrews Place and observing a large amount of money and suspected narcotics in plain view. As authorities continued observing the vehicle police allege Terence Forsythe and Mark Billups arrived on the scene.
Forsythe was taken into custody without incident and Billups fled only to be taken into custody trying to leave after hailing Uber.
Police say they seized the vehicle and searched the Adams Place residence and seized additional evidence including:
117 Oxycodone ($3500.00 street value)
Approx. 6.5 grams of Cocaine ($400.00 street value)
Over $3500.00 in cash
Billups was subsequently detained in the Lycoming County Prison by Adult Probation. Forsythe was arraigned and committed to the Lycoming County Prison.
