Police, today, say they arrested two people following an investigation started July 5th of this year in conjunction with Dauphin County Children and Youth.
Officers say, as a result of their investigation they arrested Johnathan Ortiz for aggravated assault on a child less than 6 years of age, strangulation and endangering the welfare of children. Margarita Medina was also arrested for endangering the welfare of children last week
Ortiz was released on a $10,000 bond, and Medina was released on an unsecured $5,000 bond. Both are scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 4th with District Judge Kenneth A. Lenker
