Lancaster, PA

Police in Manheim Township say they arrested Adam Michael Jester, 30 of Levittown, following an overdose in the restroom at the McDonalds located as 1296 Millersville Pike on October 30, 2018 around 2:40 PM.

 

Authorities say they found found Jester in possession of heroin and two  hypodermic needles.  A criminal complaint was filed.

(1) Count Possession of Heroin
(1) Count Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
(1) Count Public Drunkenness

Adams has a pending case on drug related charges as a result of an incident out of Lancaster earlier last month as well as convictions relating to DUI and use of controlled substances in 2011 and 2014.
