Eastern Adams Regional Police Department say they are looking for information to identify a Hispanic male pictured below who went by the the name  “Victor” as being a person of interest in a missing person investigation.

The man is believed to be  between 30 to 35 years of age with long dark hair and a large nose. He  drives a Dodge pickup and may reside in Parksburg,  Chester County in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

He is a person of interest in a missing person incident which occurred on March 9, 2018 in New Oxford Borough, Adams County, PA.

The male allegedly  picked up a 13 year-old-female he’d  been in contact with him, “TEENCHAT” and  police say he represented himself as a 15-year-old. He convinced the victim to meet and go away with him. The juvenile was picked up on March 9, 2018 in a Dodge pickup truck and transported to the what is believed to be the male’s residence in Parksburg, PA.

The victim told police the male supplied drugs to the 13-year-old and then engaged in sexual contact with her. The 13-year-old was allowed to leave the residence on March 13, 2018 and she contacted a relative to pick her up to return home.
