Police in Carlisle say they were called to the Carlisle Regional Medical Center for a person who later told them she’d been stabbed by her sister in an incident that allegedly occurred in the 400 block of Fairground AVE in the borough.
Authorities say the victim was treated for two stab wounds at CRMC and later transported to Hershey Medical Center. The victim was later released from the hospital after receiving treatment.
Police say they arrested Diana Wiggins was charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment as a result of the incident.
The 27 year old was previously arrested in 2016 for simple assault and harassment, Those charges were later dismissed.
