On the lookout for Winston Pierce for an alleged robbery Harrisburg Police

 

On the lookout for Winston Pierce for an alleged robbery Harrisburg Police say occurred  January 16, 2018, at the McFarland Building located at 1139 Mulberry Street, want your help finding Mr. Pierce.  Police say a cab driver transporting  three males from the Pennsylvania Place Apartments on Chestnut Street to the McFarland Building and when the cab reached the destination, one of the males exited out of the rear driver side door and attempted to open the driver’s door. At the same time, another male grabbed the victim’s cell phone. The victim then drove off and reported the incident to Harrisburg Police.

Harrisburg Police officers lifted prints from the doors of the taxi cab. Fingerprint analysis determined that the prints belonged to Winston Pierce and the victim later positively identify Winston Pierce as the male that grabbed his cell phone.
