York man, Jacob Harry Hess,  found guilty of raping a child and other charges

York, PA

Jacob Harry Hess, 43, of York City, was found guilty today, March 6, 2019, of Rape of a Child, Sexual Assault, Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors.

Hess is scheduled to be sentenced by York County Court of Common Pleas Judge Snyder on June 25, 2019.

York County District Attorney released this statement, “Thank you York City Police Department (York, Pa) and Assistant District Attorney Taylor Katherman for an outstanding investigation and prosecution.”
