Ronald Weaver, 28 year old charged with attempted homicide in York County

On September 27, 2019 at 11:33 PM the Northern York County Regional Police Department responded to the 3800 block of Bull Road in Conewago Township for an unknown fight. Police say they found multiple victims as they arrived.

Police found Tyler Kutsch , 21 year old Dover Township resident, was found in a semi-conscious state. Tyler Kutsch suffered a stab wound to the left side of his neck. Krysten Myers, 23 year old Wellsville Borough resident, was found tending to Tyler Kutsch’s wound. Krysten Myers also had a significant cut to the calf area of her leg. Ronald Weaver, 28 year old York City resident, was found to have a fracture to his right hand and a laceration to a finger on that hand.

Police were advised that all three actors were attending a small get together with friends. Tyler Kutsch and Krysten Myers began to argue with each other. Ronald Weaver intervened which led to a physical fight between Ronald Weaver and Tyler Kutsch. During the fight Ronald Weaver used his knife to stab Tyler Kutsch in the neck.  While trying to break up the fight is when Krysten Myers was cut with the knife.

All participants were taken to UPMC Memorial Hospital for their injuries.

Ronald Weaver was eventually taken to the York County Judicial Center for arraignment. He was charged with Criminal Attempt – Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats and Possessing Instruments of Crime.

Tyler Kutsch is currently listed in stable condition.
