Promotions at the West Manchester Police Department in York County

During a promotional ceremony at the West Manchester Board of Supervisors Meeting on February 28th, Sergeant John Hanuska was promoted to Lieutenant. Lieutenant Hanuska will be one of two Lieutenants for the Police Department.

Lieutenant Hanuska is a 20-year veteran of the Department. He will be one of two Lieutenants to be promoted in the Department’s history.

Lieutenant Hanuska is the tactical commander for the York County Quick Response Team and will be in charge of Operations.

The Police Department promoted two officers to the rank of Sergeant. Officer Adam Jordan pictured with his family holding his promotional plaque and Officer Adam Bruckhart pictured having his Sergeant shield placed on his uniform were promoted by the West Manchester Township Board of Supervisors and the Township Manager at the February 28th Board meeting.
