Northern York Regional Police ask for help to identify alleged credit card fraudsters

Update March 18, 2019- Police say the couple seen in this video were not involved in the alleged credit card theft. Police have not answered questions about the couple being at the home resulting in their being caught on video.

Northern York County Regional Police is requesting your assistance in identifying the two people seen in the video on this page.

Police say the  two individuals were observed at a home in Manchester Township on a Ring doorbell and police say the home-owner has no idea why they were at the home.  The home-owner shared this video with the Northern York County Regional Police Department via the Neighbors app by Ring.

Police believe the same two actors are seen several days later at a Rutter’s Farm Store in Manchester Township using a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise.  According to authorities the stolen credit card was stolen from a parked vehicle in Conewago Township.
