Jury finds Jose Miguel Morales III guilty of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death

York, PA

After a week-long trial Jose Miguel Morales III, 36, of York, has been convicted of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Criminal use of a Communication Facility, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Involuntary Manslaughter. Morales is scheduled to be sentenced on May 30, 2019, before York County Court of Common Pleas Judge Gregory Snyder

York County District Attorney said following the conviction, “I would like to thank the Springettsbury Township Police Department and Senior Deputy Prosecutor Jared Mellott for their work throughout the course of the investigation and trial.”
