Lower Windsor Police ask for residents to help identify man they say may be impersonating PP&L repread more
Jeremy Nicolas Pressel, 31, of Dover, entered a guilty plea this afternoon to Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (IDSI)-Victim under 16. Judge Snyder sentenced Pressel to 5 to 10 years in state prison to run consecutive to a 1 1/2 to 3 year sentence in which he is already serving for a 2016 Unlawful Contact or Communication with Minor charge.
The District Attorney David Sunday released a statement saying, “Great work by the Northern York County Regional Police Department and Senior Deputy Prosecutor Kara Bowser.”
As part of a plea agreement the District Attorney’s officer dismissed a charge of Child Rapid, 2 counts of Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age, and one count of Corruption Of Minors – Defendant Age 18 or Above, all felonies. The sentence in this case is also consecutive to another case meaning the sentences in both cases will be served at the same time.
In the second case Pressel pleaded guilty to Unlawful Contact With Minor – Sexual Offenses and, in the plea agreement, the District Attorney dropped charges of Criminal Attempt – Statutory Sexual Assault: 4-8 Years Older, Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, and Criminal Attempt – Statutory Sexual Assault: 11 Years Older; again all felonies.
