Baltimore man arrested for death relating to drug delivery in York County

On Thanksgiving Day 11/22/2018 Southern Regional Police in York County say they responded to a residence in Stewartstown Borough for a death investigation. An autopsy later showed that the victim died from drug toxicity.

During the investigation the suspect who delivered the drugs that resulted in the death was identified. On 12/06/2018 Southern Regional Police and the York County Drug Task Force say they successfully purchased narcotics from the suspect who resided in Baltimore City.

Authorities say the suspected was arrested in Stewartstown for the drug delivery on 12/06/2018 and held on bail. After an ongoing investigation charges were filed today against the same suspect for the drug delivery resulting in death that occurred on 11/22/2018.

Arrested:
Michael Arber Blake Jr, age 22, Union Ave, Baltimore City, MD

Charges:
Drug delivery resulting in death, two counts of criminal use of communications facility, and two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver controlled substances.

Blake was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Laura Manifold and bail was set at $150,000. Blake remains in York County Prison in lieu of bail.
