Douglas Hurley, 39 of Luzerne, PA, was arrested last night just after 11pm by Wilkes-Barre City Police after allegedly giving a police officer a false name when the officer stopped him. Police say after determining Hurley’s real identity they discovered he was wanted in Luzerne County.
Hurley has myriad criminal cases in Luzerne County going back as far as 2007. In this case Hurley was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement and is being held at the Luzerne County Prison.
