Authorities say an alleged sex offender they’ve been looking for since late November was napped yesterday by the Pennsylvania Capitol Police.
Kelvin Mclean was arrested statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with minors and corruption of minors. Steelton Police presviously said they believed that Mclean was staying at local motels in the area.
The 47 year old Mclean was found not guilty in 2014 of charges of Burglary and Indecent Assault Person of a person with Mental Disability. The District Attorney’s office also dropped drug related charges the year before after a motion to suppress was granted by the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.
