Update: Found Safe, State Police issue missing and endangered person alert for Lancaster County man

Pennsylvania State Police Missing Endangered Person Advisory

Update: State Police say Julien has been found safe and the MEPA is cancelled.

The Manheim Township Police Department, Lancaster County, is searching for Errol Julien, 82. Police say he is described as 5’8″, 170 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes, wearing glasses.

Julien is operating a silver 2009 Nissan Maxima bearing PA registration EKC3779. He was last seen on March 18, 2019 at approximately 10 p.m. on Knollwood Drive, Manheim Township.

Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury and may be confused. Anyone with information regarding Julien should contact police immediately by calling 911
