An Enola, Cumberland County barber has been warned by the Wolf Administration he faces formal charges, up to $10,000 in fines and the revocation of his license for remaining open.
State Representative Seth Grove said, “Governor Wolf threatening small businesses, your neighbors and friends, for trying to put food on their table and keep their business surviving. By the way, the Governor can harass citizens but can’t seem to answer Right to Know requests filed by citizens and the press to ensure accountability and transparency.”
The letter warns Brad Shepler, owner of Shep’s Barbershop:
Be advised if you continue operating in violation of the Governor’s Order, that could result in the filing of formal charges against you, which could result in the suspension or revocation of your license(s), up to $10,000 in civil penalty per violation, and imposition of costs of the investigation.
