Wilkes-Barre Township Police arrest Jolene Piccarreta for alleged Keurig theft, bail $15,000

Wilkes-Barre, PA

Wilkes-Barre Township Police arrested Jolene Piccarreta, 40, of Hanover, after she was apprehended for shoplifting a Keurig valued at $59.99 at the Walmart Supercenter about 6:50PM in the township.

Police say Piccarreta  was charged with retail theft and possession of instruments of crime and was arraigned before District Judge Joseph Halesey, where she was remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility lieu of $15,000 bail

At the time of this arrest, Piccarreta is awaiting trail on charges stemming from a 2019 arrest by  Ashley Borough Police  for a laundry list of charges:

Aggravated Assault (2 felony counts)
Disorderly Conduct Engage In Fighting (2 summary counts)
Resist Arrest/Other Law Enforce (2 counts misdemeanor)
Public Drunkenness And Similar Misconduct (2 counts summary)
Contraband/Controlled Substance (1 count felony)
