Hanover Township Police Department today. January 4, 2018, arrested Ramadon Young, 24 year old from Wilkes Barre City on Aggravated Assault and related charges. Authorities say the arrest stems from an investigation into a shooting that occurred on October 24, 2018, in Marion Terrace Apartments.

Police say the Victim, a 25 year old male, who was residing in Marion Terrace Apartments suffered a non life threatening gunshot wound to his left foot when shot at by Young. Police believe the incident is been related to a female that also resided in Marion Terrace Apartments.

Young was arraigned before Magistrate Joseph Halesey. Bail was set at $150,000.00 straight cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled on January 16, 2019 at 10am at Luzerne County Central Court.

The defendant in this case was arrested in Wilkes-Barre Township following an incident last month in which the victim in this case reported seeing the shooter at Wyoming Valley Mall. In making contact with Young township police say they recovered a large quantity of drugs.
