US Marshall Service Task Force arrests man wanted by Pennsylvania State Police for homicide, woman they say hindered by providing aid and destroying evidence

Williamsport, PA

Yesterday, September 26, 2019,  members of the US Marshall’s Service Fugitive Task Force located and apprehended David Downing near Milton and Miqueal La Brown near Danville according to the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Office.

Downing, of St. Louis, was wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for a Homicide by shooting and related offenses that occurred in Danville the earlier in the day. A firearm was recovered.

LaBrown, also of St. Louis, was charged with Felony Hindering Apprehension by providing aid and destroying evidence.

Brown is incarcerated on $100,000 bail. DOWNING is incarcerated without bail.
