Sugarloaf Police: Disorderly person turns into narcotics charge, 50 bags of suspected Heroin found

On Tuesday January 29, 2019 at 9:12pm Sugarloaf Township Police say officers were dispatched to the Pilot Truck Stop for a report of a male yelling with his pants down punching the wall.

Authorities say as they arrived on scene they found a male laying face down on the ground with his pants around his ankles unresponsive.

Officers say they were able to get the male breathing and responsive. Police said they identified the male as Christopher Starr of Bloomsburg.

Officers allege they found  fifty bags of suspected heroin and a syringe in Starr’s possession.

Starr was transported to the hospital to be treated and faces narcotic related charges.
