Sugar Loaf Police hear accident during executing search warrant, man arrested for DUI and drugs

Sybertsville, PA

On September 13, 2019, Sugar Loaf Police  were at a residence on Hollow Road holding a property for a search warrant. While on the property police say they heard what sounded like a motor vehicle accident. Officers located a vehicle crashed off the roadway approximately 200 yards from the property. As police approached the vehicle and discovered that it was being driven by Christopher Lasecki, aged 20  of Drums.

Authorites say their investigation he discovered Lasecki was operating the vehicle under the influence of marijuana. During a search of Lasecki’s vehicle multiple bags of marijuana, 46 Xanax pills not prescribed to Lasecki and drug paraphernalia were located. Lasecki faces DUI and narcotic related charges.
