Scranton Police arrest 14 year old boy, 5th arrest in school threats

Scranton, PA

Scranton Police said, today October 10, 2019, they’ve arrested  an additional West Scranton High School student. The 14-year old juvenile male is facing felony charges for his suspected involvement in making bomb threats that have plagued Scranton High Schools in recent days. This marks the fifth arrest and police say the investigation continues.

Scranton Police say they will work tirelessly to hold all individuals accountable that have any culpability in the recent threats and disruptions at  city schools.
