Wilkes-Barre Township Police say officer’s arrested Ramadon Adeem Young December 28, 2018 after they were dispatched to the Food Court of the Wyoming Valley Mall where an individual stated a person who shot him (Young) in October 2018 in Hanover Township was at the Wyoming Valley Mall.
Police say they located Young and while speaking with him, determined he was under the influence. When asked if Young had any weapons or contraband on his person authorities say Young made jerking movement towards his pants pocket. A pat down of Young for officer safety was conducted police say they discovered thirteen individually wrapped baggies of “Crack” cocaine packaged in a manner for sale.
Young was taken into arrested and arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Carmody, Bail was set at $50,000 straight cash. Young was taken to Luzerne County Correctional Facility where the 24 year old remains unable to post bail.
Hanover Township Police Department are investigating Young’s alleged involvement in the shooting.
Young has no known criminal history in Pennsylvania.
