Police: Brian Labar arrested after taking off from cops almost striking police with baby in the car

Wilkes-Barre, PA

Police were assisting Plains Fire Department with an investigation when police say they stopped a gray Chevrolet Equinox. The driver, Brian Labar of East Stroudsburg had an active arrest warrant for larceny from Pennsylvania State Police. Authorities say Labar fled, almost striking an officer. Labar also had  an infant unsecured in the rear seat.

Labar now faces charges of reckless endangerment, fleeing and eluding an officer and several traffic violations.
