Police: Amber Steak House shooter identified, arrested

Tannersville, PA

On February 5th. 2019, Pocono Township  Police say they identified and arrested Maurice Michael Valere of East Stroudsburg for the shooting incident that occurred at the Amber Steak House on February 3, 2019 in Pocono Township.

Police were assisted by the Stroud Area Regional Police and the East Stroudsburg School District Police. Valere was charged with aggravated and simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, and possessing instruments of a crime. His bail was set at $15,000 dollars.
