Michael Jamal Campbell arrested in Kingston, Strangulation, Simple Assault, Harassment, and Terroristic Threats

Kingston, PA

On September 30, 2019, at 1614 hours, Kingston Officer Allen handled a domestic incident, involving Michael Jamal Campbell, of Kingston. During the investigation, police say it was determined that Campbell strangled the victim, and the victim was observed to have multiple wounds, as well as black and blue marks.

Officers went to Campbell’s home and arrested him. Campbell was arraigned by on-duty Magisterial District Judge O’Donnell on charges of Strangulation, Simple Assault, Harassment, and Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize Another. Campbell was taken to Luzerne County Correctional Facility, in lieu of $15,000 straight cash bail.
