Hanover Township Police arrest man in domestic violence incident

Hanover, PA

The Hanover Township Police Department says they’ve arrested Robert Patts,  59 years old  age of Hanover Township , following a alleged domestic disturbance. Patts was taken into custody without incident according to officers.

Pats was processed and later transported to Luzerne County Correctional Facility pending arraignment on a misdemeanor charge of Simple assault and summary Harassment.

Authorities say the victim suffered a head laceration and a broken bone. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment by Hanover Township Medics.
