Hanover Township Police arrest Brian Livingstone arrested on drug charges;  given 6 months probation in 2018 charges

Hanover, PA

The Hanover Township Police Department in Luzerne County  arrested Brian Livingstone for Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine/Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Taft St.

Livingstone was taken into custody and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment. He was later released on $20,000 unsecured bond.

In 2018 Livingstone was arrested on drug charges as well as charges of receiving stolen property in 2018. Livingstone was given 6 months probation in that case in January 2019. The drug charges were withdrawn in a plea agreement, and he was sentenced on the receiving stolen property charge
