Fidgeting man gets more charges following arrest for drug paraphernalia in Wilkes-Barre

Wilkes-Barre, PA

Police in Wilkes-Barre say they  arrested 30 year old Keith Golumb after they alleged  he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia following a call Friday night, January 25, 2019 at 11:40PM on E Northampton St.

Authorities say as the processed Golumb at the  police station the he “kept moving his hands around the front of his pants appearing like he was attempting to conceal something.”

A further search of the suspect revealed him to be in possession of several controlled substances. Golumb has been arraigned on drug possession and paraphernalia charges. Bond information is not available at this time. Golumb has no known criminal history in Pennsylvania.
