3 men busted in joint narcotics operation in Hanover Township

Hanover, PA

On November 3, 2019, a joint narcotics’ operation was conducted in Hanover Township with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, Hanover Township Narcotics Unit and the Kingston Borough S.I.D. Unit according to Hanover Township Police.

Authorities say they conducted an operation to purchase crack cocaine from the subject, Nathaniel Green who also goes by Nathaniel Shomo. The subject, Lee and Carroll arrived at the EZ Express parking lot (Sans Souci Parkway) and crack cocaine was delivered.

According to police the men were taken into custody; Shomo/Green possessed prerecorded buy money and additional prerecorded buy money was recovered in the vehicle that Carroll was driving and Lee was the passenger.

The men  were arraigned before District 11-2-03 Magistrate J. Halesey with bond set  at $100,000.00 straight cash bail. All three were transported to the Luzerne County Prison.

Shomo/Green, is currently on State Parole work release from the Luzerne County Prison. Pa State Parole put a detainer violation on Shomo/Green.

Delivery of a Sch II Controlled substance, Crack cocaine
Possess with the Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
Possession of Crack Cocaine
Criminal Conspiracy to deliver crack cocaine

John Lynell Lee:

Criminal Conspiracy to deliver crack cocaine

Nathaniel Shomo/Green:

Criminal Conspiracy to Deliver Crack Cocaine
Criminal Use of a Communication Facility
