Reimond Ross Garcia, 51 of Lancaster, was charged with 2 counts of simple assault following a domestic dispute at his home in Manheim Township.
In the criminal complaint police alleged Garcia struck two 2 persons inside his home. Authorities say one first victim was struck in the head with a plastic grill from the front of a truck and the other was struck in the head with a metal stool. Authorities say both victims were bleeding from the head when officers arrived.
As a result police say they Garcia was arrested, processed, and he was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Witkonis. Garcia was remanded to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Garcias has previous convictions for Theft By Unlawful Taking-Movable Property. Other charges were dropped as a result of plea negotiations.
