Northern Lancaster Regional Police report on November 27, 2019 Shane Sargent was involved in an accident at 222 Elm Road in Penn Township. During the investigation police said they found him to be under the influence of alcohol and later provided breath samples that indicated his blood alcohol concentration was 0.246%.
