Jamon D. Wagner, 44 gets 9-23 months in prison for child porn in Lancaster County

Lancaster, PA

A West Donegal Township man has been sentenced to prison, parole and probation terms for having and sharing child pornography. Jamon D. Wagner, 44, pleaded guilty to four felonies, including dissemination of child pornography. Wagner was sentenced to 9 to 23 months in prison plus five years of probation, in accordance with a plea agreement arranged by Assistant District Attorney Janie Swinehart.

Lancaster County Judge David Ashworth accepted the plea terms and ordered sentence. Police determined Wagner was sharing lewd content via ChatStep, an online chatroom platform. Police executed a search warrant last year at Wagner’s School Lane home and seized devices, including a laptop computer. Child pornography was found on that computer.

Wagner admitted looking at child pornography. He told police he stopped when he “realized how wrong it was.”
