Early morning stabbing in Lancaster City, no arrests at this time

Lancaster, PA

On Friday, April 24, 2020 at approximately 5:14 AM officers from Lancaster police responded to the area of the 900 blocks of Lititz Avenue for the report of a stabbing.

A resident of the 900 block of the tits Avenue reported an adult male had knocked on the door seeking help because he had been stabbed.

When police first arrived in the area they located the victim a 38-year-old resident of Manheim Township. The victim was transferred to the hospital for treatment. Please say the victim was found to have more than one stabbing to the torso. Police say an update to the victims condition is not, currently, available.

Officers canvased the area looking for evidence, witnesses, suspects and video surveillance locations. Police say they located the victim’s blood in more than one location but we’re unable to determine the actual location where the assault occurred.

No arrests have been made at this time.
