Hanover Township Police in Luzerne County say a joint narcotics operation was conducted earlier this month with the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, Hanover Township Narcotics/Patrol Division and the Moore Township Police Department resulting in the arrest of Jason Milburn on State Route 29, Hanover Township, after selling crystal methamphetamine during a narcotics operation at the Hanover Mall, Sans Souci Parkway.
Hanover Township Police say K-9 Rok was utilized in the search of the Millburn’s vehicle resulting in additional crystal methamphetamine being found.
Following Millburn’s arrest authorities say Moore Township Police Department conducted a search of his residence in Bath, Pennsylvania recovering crystal methamphetamine, a digital scale and packaging materials.
At the time of his arrest Milburn was out on bail from Northampton County on felony narcotics charges.
1. Delivery of a Schedule Controlled Substance, Crystal Methamphetamine (Felony)
2. Possess with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule Controlled substance, Crystal Meth (felony)
3. Possession of Crystal Methamphetamine (misdemeanor)
4. Criminal Use of a Communication Facility (Felony 3rd)
Millburn was released on $25,000.00 unsecured bail on these charges but remains in county prison pending a bail revocation hearing in Northhampton County on December 5, 2018. Milburn pleaded guilty to criminal mischied and disorderly conduct in 2003.
