Scott Wagner, the Republican gubernatorial candidate, shared how he wants to make Pennsylvania better at a town hall meeting Monday at The Lodge at Sharp Mountain.

Mr. Wagner was challenged on climate change saying be believes in climate change but that there’s only so much a governor can do about climate. Mr. Wagner also said he was not in favor of more fees and taxes until, “we balance our checkbook.”
