Upper Allen Police: Tennessee Man Arrested for Violating Protection from Abuse Order

Mechanicsburg, PA

Upper Allen Township Police say on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at approximately 11:15 AM, Upper Allen Police responded to a report of a Protection from Abuse Order.

The female protected party lives in Upper Allen Township and received multiple communications from Logan P. Muldoon, of Cumberland Furnace,  which police say were threatening in nature, in violation of the order.

Muldoon was  taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Prison for processing and arraignment. A hearing will be held at a later date.

The 19-year-old Muldoon has a pending case in Cumberland County stemming from an incident from April 2018. The charges in that case include:

  • Terroristic Threats W/ Intent To Terrorize Another
  • Simple Assault
  • Harassment (2 counts)
