Susquehanna Township Police arrest William Adair for possession with intent to deliver, weapons charges

Harrisburg, PA

On August 11, 2019, Susquehanna Township Police say they arrested 30 year old William Anthony Adair for  possession with intent to deliver, carrying a firearm without a license, DUI, careless driving and driving under suspension. 

Adair was out on $25,000 bond following an arrest by Swatara Township Police in May for Possession Firearm W/Manufacturer Number, Altered, Etc and Alter/Obliterate Mark Of Identification.

Adair was given 12 months probation in 2017 in a plea agreement with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s office. In that case Harrisburg Police arrested Adair for seven drug charges including Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With
Intent to Manufacture or Deliver and Conspiracy – Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver.
