Harrisburg, PA

On Saturday, December 29, 2018  at approximately 11pm authorities in Susquehanna Township say they made a traffic stop  on the 2300 block of Herr ST, Harrisburg PA.  The vehicle had a total of five occupants; three were juveniles.

Police say after a brief investigation the driver, Stephen Jones was found to be in possession of a large amount of marijuana.  Jones was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Corruption of Minors and Possession of Contraband by a Prisoner.  Jones was taken to the Dauphin County Booking for processing and arraignment.  He was later released on $5000 unsecure bail.

A passenger, Deion Patterson was arrested and charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana.  He was taken to the Dauphin County Booking Center for processing and released on a summons.  The 18 year old Jones has a preliminary hearing before District Court Judge James A. Lenker scheduled at 2:15pm on January 10, 2019.
