Suquehanna Township Police arrest woman on burglary, false ID charges

Harrisburg, PA

On February 19, 2019, Susquehanna Township Police say they were dispatched to the 2200 block of Walnut Street, for an active burglary to a detached shed. 

A description of the two suspects and their vehicle was provided to police.  The suspects arrived in a two tone pickup truck and were removing items from the shed. 

Police arrived on scene and located the vehicle and say they identified Mary Jo Geist and Eric Palmer at the location.  When Officers say they initially asked Geist for identification she provided the name Julie Long, DOB: 9/23/1976, and said she was from California. 

Her actual identity was determined police say she had  an active warrant for drugs.  Palmer admitted to taking items from the shed. 

Both were taken into custody and transported the Central Booking.
