Police: Tarek Elfawal wanted following harassment of domestic violence victim one day after arrest, bail revoked

Middletown, PA

Middletown Borough Police are currently seeking the whereabouts of Tarek Elfawal.  Elfawal has charges pending for an incident which occurred in the 200 Block of West Main Street this morning, September 7, 2019.

Police accuse Elfawal of going to the victim’s address after being given unsecured bond on an alleged domestic violence assault that occurred the night before. The victim told police Elfawal contacted her and  threatened her further. The threats would violate the terms of his release on bond. 

Police say charges are pending from this morning’s incident.

Elfawal’s bail has been revoked. 

Anyone with information as to the  whereabouts of Elfawal is asked  contact Dauphin County Dispatch at (717) 558-6900.  Elfawal is known to be driving a Silver Buick Minivan – PA registration KCB3961 similar to the vehicle seen here.

Elfawal pleaded guilty on August 29, 2019, to simple assault in a plea deal receiving 3 months probation on last week August 29, 2019. In a plea deal in 2017 he saw charges of aggravated assault dropped and pleaded guilty to simple assault and Driving Under the Influence receiving 12 months probation.
