Lower Swatara Police files charges against woman for access device fraud, warrant issued

Middletown, PA

On February 26, 2019 the Lower Swatara Township Police filed charges against Destany Guadalupe-Rosario 27,  formerly Destany Miller, of the 100 block of Wayne Ave in Lower Swatara Township stemming from an incident police say began in December 2018.

Guadalupe-Rosario was charged with 6 counts of Access Device Fraud after authorities say she used the victim’s bank account information, bank card and credit card to make several personal purchases, pay utility and other bills and to send money to herself using the Facebook Pay app.

Destany Guadalupe-Rosario has an active warrant for her arrest at this time and police are actively working to get her into custody to be arraigned on the charges filed against her. Police say she may still be using the name Destany Miller.
