Lower Paxton Township Police arrest Damir Brgulja for child rape, released on $100,000 bond

Harrisburg, PA

On April 2, 2019, Lower Paxton Township Police say they  arrested 30 year old Damir Brgulja for unlawful sexual contact with a child. 

Brgulja was charged with Rape of a victim less than 13 years old, Aggravated Indecent Assault with a victim less than 13 years old, Indecent Assault with a victim less than 13 years old and related offenses. 

Brgulja was arraigned by MDJ Wenner and released after posting $100,000.00 bail.

Brgulja pleaded guilty in 2009 to a charge of Manufacturing/Delivery or Possession with intent to Deliver and was given 23 months probation.
