Lower Paxton Police arrest Traci Marshall for driving under the influence

Harrisburg, PA

On March 11, 2019, at about 8:10 PM, Lower Paxton Police  say they observed a blue Dodge Grand Caravan traveling west in the 5200 block of Jonestown Road failing to maintain a single lane of travel.  According to police a traffic stop was conducted on the van and contact was made with the driver, 37 year old Traci Marshall. 

Police say Marshall displayed signs of alcohol intoxication.  Authorities say after failing field sobriety tests, Marshall was placed under arrest and transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center to be processed. 

She was subsequently charged with Driving Under the Influence (Felony), Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License, and several summary traffic offenses.
