Ian Mosley and Durrell Moon after gun goes off in Harrisburg residence

Harrisburg, PA

Harrisburg Police say Ian Mosley and Durrell Moon were arrested for an incident that involved a firearm being discharged into an occupied structure. The incident occurred on October 14, 2019, at a residence on the 1400 block of Liberty Street in Harrisburg.

Ian Mosley was arrested on October 16, 2019, and charged with two counts each of Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault, and one count each of Discharge of Firearm Into Occupied Structure, Possession of a Firearm Prohibited, and Firearms Not to Be Carried Without License.  His bail was set at $50,000.

Durrell Moon was arrested on October 15, 2019, and charged with Possession of Firearm Prohibited, Firearms Not to Be Carried Without License, Tamper With/Fabricate Physical Evidence. His bail was set at $25,000.
