Homicide: Harrisburg Police arrest woman they say intentionally ran down man

Harrisburg, PA

On October 10, 2019, Dolly Serena Hendrickes was arrested and charged with Criminal Homicide after police say she intentionally struck a pedestrian with her vehicle and fled the scene.  The incident occurred at the intersection of North Cameron Street and Arsenal Boulevard at approximately 5:13PM in Harrisburg.

Harrisburg Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.  Hendrickes was located in Susquehanna Township and detained by Susquehanna Township Police and transported to the Harrisburg Police Station for questioning and charging.
