Harrisburg Police: Search warrant leads to weapons, drugs, and cash

Harrisburg, PA

On February 23, 2019, Harrisburg Police say they executed a warrant at a residence on the 1600 block of Derry Street. The warrant was issued in connection with a robbery that occurred on February 18, 2019, in Hall Manor. Orlando Diaz and Brooke Gelbaugh were detained during the warrant.

Authorities say a search of the residence produced the following items:

(27) bags of suspected heroin

(3) capsules of heroin 9mm Glock handgun Glock speed loader 1 magazine with

(30) live 9mm rounds

A box of (35) live rounds of 9mm ammunition

Taurus .38 revolver

A box of (49) live rounds of .38 ammunition

Holster for .38 revolver

A box of (25) live rounds of .38 ammunition

$603 cash

Large amount of Heroin with a street value of $18,900

Large amount of Cocaine with a street value of $6,600

Drug trade Paraphernalia

Brooke Gelbaugh was arrested and charged with one count each of Possession With Intent to Deliver, Drug Paraphernalia, and Conspiracy – Possession with Intent to Deliver. Her bail was set at $50,000.

Orlando Diaz was arrested and charged with one count each of Possession With Intent to Deliver, Drug Paraphernalia, Conspiracy – Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Possession of Firearm Prohibited. His bail was set at $150,000.
