Carlisle, PA

On March 2, 2019, at approximately 12:44AM, Carlisle Police say they were dispatched to the 100 block of North Spring Garden Street in  Borough of Carlisle a report of a hit and run accident.

The complainant reported a vehicle had struck her vehicle, and fled the scene.  The complainant was able to provide photographs taken with a cell phone that showed the license plate of the other drive. according to police.

Police say the other driver was identified as Wade Kinnard.
